Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PeppyPanda account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open PeppyPanda and go to Profile.
2. Open the Privacy tab.
3. Under Delete account, tap Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Permanently delete.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and you're signed out. This cannot be undone.

Or request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@peppypandahealth.com from the email address on your PeppyPanda account, with the subject "Delete my account." We verify the request is coming from the account owner and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days (usually within a few business days), then email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We remove:

• Your profile and settings (surgery/medication details, height, weight and goal weight, targets, preferences)
• All of your logs — food and drink, water, supplements, exercise and activity, weight, mood, and symptoms
• Your entire chat history with Peppy
• Photos you uploaded
• Connected-service tokens (e.g. Google Fit) and step data
• Push-notification subscriptions and notification history
• Your community content — posts, comments, reactions, follows, and group memberships
• Your AI usage records
• Your sign-in credentials

What may be retained

• Backups. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule and are not restored to active systems.
• Limited records that we are required to keep for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. These are kept only as long as necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
• Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you.

Deleting the app only

Removing the PeppyPanda app from your device does not delete your account or data. Use the email request above to delete your account.
